Coming soon: Duane Reade Eco-tote!

Businesses of all shapes and sizes recognize that corporate contributions to the green movement are much needed. Signs like this one, photographed in front of a Duane Reade in New York City, show that many take the commitment seriously and are working to develop new sustainable practices. The sign indicates that Duane Reade, partnered with designer Alvin Valley, is about to introduce a new reusable shopping tote for its customers. The tote aims to be both fashionable and reusable, but no word yet on what kind of materials it will be made out of. Hopefully, Duane Reade has went the whole nine yards and commissioned their totes to be made out of recycled or biodegradable materials. We'll have to wait and see!

Your business can help fuel the green revolution by introducing eco-friendly products or practices wherever there is room for them. Whether you are giving out reusable totes to your customers, or simply opting for eco-friendly promotional products instead of common plastic items, you can make a difference.
